The Barracuda Spam Firewall is, by default, on for all customers. If for some reason you prefer to deal with your Spam yourself, we can disable spam tagging and quarantine for just your account.

Blocked emails, however, are blocked system-wide, and cannot be unblocked per user. Simply contact us at support@kdsi.net with your request.
