  How do I "whitelist" "blacklist" senders?

Visit Barracuda Spam Firewall and login

You can whitelist directly from the Inbox page, or simply click on the Preferences link at the top of the page. Then click on the Whitelist/Blacklist Tab. To whitelist, enter the email into the Email address box and click Add.

To blacklist, enter the email address in the Email address box and click Add.
