"Blacklist" is just the opposite of "Whitelist". If e-mail comes in that you want to make sure is quarantined, then you can "blacklist" the sender (assuming they are coming from a real e-mail address) so that they will be quarantined in the future.

Email addresses that you enter as 'blacklist' will ALWAYS be blocked.
