How do I install my DSL modem?

KDSI will send you installation instructions in the mail. Your DSL modem will be shipped via UPS from your telephone provider. If you would like KDSI or the telephone company to perform a professional installation, we can facilitate scheduling a convenient time with you.

Modem Kits

New DSL customers will receive modem kits. These kits include all necessary cables and phone filters for connecting phones, etc. currently on the designated line.

DSL service may not work with certain modems.
