Authority of KDSI

While this contract is in effect, kdsi has the right to:

1. Delete any information or materials from any electronic storage file on the kdsi server which kdsi, in its sole discretion, finds to be unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of this contract;
2. Terminate or temporarily suspend its services to you at any time and without prior notice to you upon your failing to timely pay your kdsi service fees or your engaging in activities which kdsi reasonably agrees to be in violation of any term or condition of this Contract or for other reasonable cause;
3. Cancel this Contract at any time without cause upon giving you written notice mailed to your most recent mailing address shown in the records of kdsi;
4. Delete all data, files, or other information stored in your kdsi account if your account is terminated or canceled for any reason;
5. Monitor the kdsi Internet access services from time to time as it may in its sole discretion determine and disclose any information to authorities or the public as may be required to comply with any law, regulation, or request from any governmental authority or as kdsi deems necessary to protect itself or its subscribers. However, kdsi shall not have any duty to monitor the kdsi Internet access services for your benefit or at your request; and
6. Make changes to the terms and conditions of kdsi Internet access services which will become effective upon its notifying you by e-mail.
