"ProCUT 2000"

is one of the most innovative compound cutting systems available today. As a true leader in the industry and design concepts well into the next millennium, this cutting system boasts advantages that aren't even found in this industry today such as 4 servo controlled axes, auto wood feeding (approximate average 2000 ft/hr with multiple cuts), multiple modes of manual and automatic operation, multiple cuts on a single board, true board length measurement before cutting with operator flagging if board cut length is longer than actual board length, and the ability to enter lengths by decimal numbers, feet, inches, fractions, or any combination.

ProCUT 2000, geared mainly for 2 x 4's through 2 x 12's, will manually or automatically cut wood products to your specifications. With a few minor clamping system changes this system can cut trims, moldings, etc. that you presently cut in a production environment. Products may be cut at any compound angle through 45 degrees by 45 degrees on 2 x 8's with a slight reduction in angle on 2 x 12's. With an optional print head or laser attachment, coordinated or uncoordinated markings may be applied to product.

Looking for an alternative to the "Tiger Stop"? We can retrofit our Moveable Stop/Pusher to fit almost any saw. Added control features include control of any axis movement if required, calculate and push wood into proper position for angle cuts, wood measurement, and download cutting information from your CAD design software.
